QUALITY POLICY

MICOTEC s.r.l. considers the full satisfaction of all our customers' express and implicit needs to be a fundamental element of quality, and therefore provides them with objective guarantees of product quality and reliability, in compliance with law. Quality also means hygiene, improvement and cost optimisation.

In view of our quality policy guidelines, our company considers the following objectives to be priorities: 

1. Creating products and organising production in a way that is shared with other producers, respecting legality, human rights and a consistent, ethically correct code of conduct.
2. Implement all methods needed to ensure the production of safe products for the consumer.
3. Actively seek out and identify working partners, taking an approach of sharing objectives and commitments.
4. Taking into account the needs and points of view of everyone in the supply chain, to protect both the company and its partners.
5. Ensure effective communication between the various people in the supply chain, encouraging the exchange of information, to guarantee greater sharing and transparency and the shared pursuit of objectives.

To achieve these objectives, our management considers it essential to:

• Provide greater quality guarantees to customers and end consumers and highlight the Italian origins and history of the products.
• Act in compliance with mandatory food safety requirements.
• Increase our competitiveness while demonstrating that it advances the economic and social conditions of one or more reference stakeholders.
• Establish strong and lasting collaborative relationships, planning continuity in supplies, witnessing the sharing of a project and a growth process that can benefit both the stakeholders and, possibly, the local communities involved.
• Organise production activities, within the various stages of the supply chain, in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Rationalise the organisation of and improve the internal usability of the data flow for product history, minimising inefficiencies and the margin for error.

The company intends to provide objective evidence to its customers of the level of quality we have achieved and, consequently, makes working with quality assurance methods a primary objective.

The company prepares, documents and implements a quality system in accordance with company ethics and corresponding to high quality standards for fruit and vegetable products.

In pursuit of these objectives, the President of the company is committed to the promotion and management of all activities affecting product quality, by promoting the above concepts, optimal organisation of company resources and constant verification of results.
